CURRENT OPENING - Operations Industrial Engineer
Operations Industrial Engineer needed in Odessa, Texas to assist in the development and implementation of a new technical processes to remove non-hydrocarbon and solid fluids from the well and reservoir. Evaluate technical specifications/performance of the equipment for Solid Control to ensure it meets requirements. Identify facility technical design requirements based on activity levels and transportation methods. Assist pricing and technical solutions teams in providing operational cost. Track KPIs and develop basic analytics for all operational metrics. Drive start-up and SOP development, review, and approval for each Line of Business. Prepare TO systems and job packs with project team and coordinate process walk downs / punch listing. Plan job packs for activities that require permitting. Perform cost estimation and manage projects within the budgets. Submit ISO-compliant work instructions and SOP documents to the Quality Management System. Work with vendors to identify operational equipment and automation solutions.
