Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, user role, login credentials, permissions, and account settings.

Customer records, service records, work orders, invoices, estimates, job details, equipment information, notes, documents, communications, scheduling information, reports, and related business data submitted through the Service.

QuickBooks Information
If you connect QuickBooks Online, we may access and process information authorized through QuickBooks, including customers, vendors, invoices, estimates, payments, items, accounts, expenses, transactions, or other accounting-related information needed to provide the requested integration functionality.

Device and Usage Information
Device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, log data, timestamps, access activity, error reports, and usage activity.

Location Information
If enabled, the Service may collect location-related information to support dispatch, field service, job tracking, service documentation, or other operational features.

We may use information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain BPL Services
Authenticate users and manage accounts
Manage user roles, access, and permissions
Process work orders, service activity, customer records, invoices, estimates, and related business transactions
Connect and synchronize data with QuickBooks Online when authorized
Provide customer support and technical support
Improve app performance, functionality, reliability, and security
Monitor usage, detect errors, and prevent unauthorized access
Comply with legal, operational, contractual, and business requirements

  1. QuickBooks and Intuit Data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, BPL Services uses Intuit’s authorized API services to access and process QuickBooks data only as necessary to provide the requested app functionality.

We do not sell QuickBooks data.

You may disconnect QuickBooks Online access at any time through BPL Services or your QuickBooks Online account settings.

  1. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

Service providers who support hosting, development, maintenance, analytics, communications, security, customer support, or app operations
Intuit QuickBooks when required for authorized integration functionality
Authorized company administrators or business users
Legal, regulatory, governmental, or law enforcement authorities when required by law
Successors or assigns in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of business assets

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide BPL Services, support business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose of processing, legal requirements, and business needs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, use, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on your account permissions and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information.

You may also disconnect QuickBooks Online access through BPL Services or your QuickBooks Online account settings.

BPL Services is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

BPL Services may connect to or rely on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Intuit, Apple, Google, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication tools, or other business platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services.
